Della is currently poised to develop six new theme-based townships through Joint Ventures (JVs) and Development Management (DM) models, encompassing resorts, private residences, and adventure parks, pioneering a new era of luxury experiential living in India.

Through this visionary expansion, Della Resorts is set to scale its offerings from 300 to over 1,000 rooms within three years. Over three decades, we have built a strong team of 1,700+ people instrumental in successfully setting up and operating townships.

With technical and specialized expertise, we are a conglomerate capable of transforming our next concept yet again into a thriving township.
