Agency transformed migrant dormitory life through deep collaboration with stakeholders, ethnographic research, and the development of a live service and spatial prototype. The result is a home away from home that celebrates the unique dorm culture, blends community and privacy, and honors the identities and needs of workers as sons, husbands, and fathers. This thoughtful approach creates an environment where dignity is restored, and personal connections are nurtured, ensuring a sense of belonging and well-being.
