Innovating within tight site constraints, DF&A utilised an all-steel modular approach for this Brooklyn location. The design incorporates two extra-long modules to eliminate concrete above the second story.

Motto goes beyond merely downsizing hotel rooms; each space is ingeniously crafted for functionality, like "The Flex" room transforming seamlessly from living areas to sleeping quarters.
