Transforming this high-ceilinged, exposed-pipe loft into an elegant apartment involved carefully selecting touches of domesticity and luxury. The kitchen walls showcase DF&A’s approach – industrial brick remains intact but is painted white, with the lower half adorned in wainscoting. Dominated by shades of gray, the kitchen serves as the focal point of the space, maintaining its industrial character with visible elements and a monochromatic palette. Subtle brass details add a touch of warmth, infusing the entire apartment with a sense of life.
