SKS Studio was tasked with the site planning and landscape architectural design for a stunning 53-acre island in the Bahamas, showcasing native vegetation, rocky cliffs, and pristine beaches. Collaborating with the Montage Design Team, the focus is on preserving the island's natural beauty while maximising usable space for a luxury resort that includes a hotel, amenities, and 47 private branded residences.
Key design elements emphasise efficient circulation and the creation of individual spaces that provide the highest standards of comfort, privacy, and luxury for both guests and residents, ensuring a truly exceptional experience.
