The clients wanted their Dubai penthouse to be designed in an unconventional, eclectic style that reflected their fun, sophisticated lifestyle. We got to know them deeply, using their personal stories to guide the design.

Located on a man-made island with panoramic views, the penthouse plays with sunlight through sliding brass-finished panels, casting patterns inspired by tree leaves.

A multi-level travertine platform elevates the reception area, featuring Moroccan seating and a three-ton carved rock as a giant planter. Global furnishings and materials—from volcanic basalt to New Zealand fabrics and Asian art—add character.

The Sherlock Library, showcasing rare 18th-century books and a hand-drawn map of Earth, highlights the couple’s refined taste. Every detail of the penthouse is a reflection of their unique cultural heritage and unconventional vision.
